    A: You are prohibited from leaving the state of Florida or venturing beyond a 100-mile radius from your pick-up location unless authorized by management. Additionally, Energetic Exotics Car Rental prohibits the following scenarios: Using the vehicle for any illegal purpose or involvement in illegal activities. Exceeding posted speed limits. Operating the vehicle on racetracks or road courses. Allowing an unlicensed driver or someone with a suspended or restricted license to operate the vehicle. Using the vehicle to push or tow anything. Providing driving instruction to others. Driving on unpaved surfaces.
  • Q: What is the minimum age requirement to rent a car from Energetic Exotics?
    A: To rent from us, you must be at least 25 years old and possess a clean driving record without severe moving violations or DUI cases. Failure to meet these criteria may result in denial of your rental agreement or reservation. If you are under 25, feel free to contact us at 888-717-5157 for more information, as we may have alternative options available.
  • Q: Is it possible to cancel my reservation?
    A: Upon making a reservation with Energetic Exotics, we authorize your credit card for a non-refundable 25% to 50% of the total rental cost. Alternatively, you can wire or send us the reservation fee. However, cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion for unforeseen events such as inclement weather or natural disasters.
  • Q: Is insurance necessary when renting a car from Energetic Exotic?
    A: Proof of an active insurance policy under the primary renter's name is required. The policy should include collision, comprehensive, and liability coverage that extends to the rental. Regardless of the vehicle you drive, comprehensive insurance will provide coverage across all 50 states. American Express provides "Premium Insurance" that can serve as primary insurance during the rental period.
  • Q: Is it possible to return my rental car before the agreed-upon period?
    A: We require payment for the entire rental upfront, either in advance or on the rental day. Once a vehicle is reserved, it remains exclusively allocated for your rental duration. If you opt to return the vehicle before the agreed-upon end date, no refund will be issued.
  • Q: What are the delivery/pickup time options for my rental?
    A: Our service operates round the clock, making it convenient for us to accommodate your ever-changing schedule and those spontaneous trips. We can deliver or pick up your rental during business hours for a small fee within our permitted locations. For deliveries or pickups, a surcharge ranging from $100 to $500 applies, depending on the location and distance.
  • Q: Am I able to include an additional driver?
    A: Yes, you can add up to two drivers to your rental agreement. The same criteria apply for additional drivers, including being at least 25 years old, having full coverage insurance, and maintaining a clean driving record.
  • Q: What forms of payment does Energetic Exotics accept?
    A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Additionally, we also accept cryptocurrency, cashier's checks, wire transfers, or personal checks if provided to us 7-10 days prior to the rental period. These alternative forms of payment may also be accepted at our discretion, particularly for covering damages incurred during the rental.
  • Fuel, Tolls, Traffic Violations, Towed Vehicles, Parking Tickets, and Red Light Camera Tickets:
    Refueling charge for rentals is set at $5 per gallon. Tolls: A flat fee of $15 per day is applied for tolls, collected from the security deposit at the rental period's end. Traffic Violations: Each driver is accountable for their own traffic citations and tickets. Parking Tickets and Red Light Camera Tickets: The renter bears full responsibility for any parking citations and red light camera tickets incurred during the rental. Towed Vehicles: Charges or damages from towing during the rental term will be deducted from the deposit or billed to the client. The rental can proceed once these charges are settled and the vehicle is released.
  • Q: How long does it take for my car to be delivered?
    A: We recommend that our clients allow a window of 1 to 3 hours for deliveries that is within a 100-mile radius from one of our satellite locations in your area.
  • Q: Is a security deposit necessary for Energetic Exotics Car Rentals?
    A: Yes, a security deposit is mandatory. The deposit amount varies for each vehicle, ranging from $1,000 to $7,000. Cash deposit retainers will be refunded upon the conclusion of the rental period provided no damages are incurred during the term. In the event of any damages discovered upon vehicle return, we will conduct an onsite evaluation and deduct the costs from your deposit.
  • Q: How many miles am I allowed?
    A: The mileage allowance varies based on the rented vehicle. Exotic models similar to Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, and Rolls Royce are limited to 100 miles per day. Any mileage exceeding this limit will incur an additional charge of $5.00 per mile. For all other vehicles, we offer a daily allowance of 150 miles, with overages billed at $4.00 per mile. For further details, please reach out to one of our account managers. These fees are only applied upon vehicle return and deducted from the deposit.
  • Q: Does Energetic Exotics offer car delivery services?
    A: Yes! We provide delivery services, which include a corresponding delivery fee based on the location of delivery. Our services extend to offering airport escorts to and from Tampa International Airport, Tampa Executive Airport, and nearby areas during regular business hours. For additional or specific areas, please reach out to us. The delivery fee will be determined by the distance and will encompass options like flatbed curbside or front door delivery.
  • Can I make special requests for amenities or specific vehicle features?
    Yes, we're happy to accommodate any special requests you may have, whether it's regarding amenities, vehicle features, or any other preferences to enhance your experience.
  • How do I make changes to my reservation or cancel my booking?
    You can easily make changes to your reservation or cancel your booking by contacting our customer service team. We have flexible policies to accommodate your needs.
  • Can I request a specific chauffeur for my journey?
    While we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific chauffeur, we will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
  • Is the cost of chauffeur service inclusive of fuel, tolls, and gratuity?
    Our pricing encloses the rate for chauffeur service, ensuring clarity and simplicity for our clients. There are no additional charges, such as fuel and tolls, as these are factored into your pre-route planning upon booking. However, gratuity may apply based on the specifics of your journey.
  • What types of vehicles do you offer for chauffeur service?
    We offer a diverse range of vehicles including luxury sedans, SUVs, vehicles tailored to your needs.
  • Do you provide chauffeur services for special events and occasions?
