Once you request service by calling (888) 717-5157, texting (813) 791-8911, or completing the form below, we’ll dispatch a nearby specialist immediately. In most areas, average response times are under 60 minutes—though this may vary slightly based on location and traffic.

Is there any additional cost to use the roadside service?

Our VIP Roadside Support is included with your rental package—no hidden fees. You only pay for consumables like fuel if you opt for emergency delivery. Towing and swap services are covered under your plan.

Do I need to download an app to request assistance?

Not at all. Simply use the one-time text link within the rental agreement packet we provided you. From there, follow the prompts to describe your issue, and we’ll take it from there.

Can I change my service location after I’ve submitted a request?

Absolutely. You can edit or confirm your location at any time from the same text link. If plans change—or you’re en route—just let us know that you will “Update Your Location,” and we’ll reroute your roadside specialist in real-time.

What information will I receive about my service provider?

You’ll get live updates on your provider’s current location, estimated arrival time, and direct contact details. That way, you always know exactly when and where help will arrive.

What if my battery is completely dead and can’t be jump-started?

If our jump-start attempt isn’t enough, we’ll arrange a tow to swap you into an equivalent or higher vehicle if you prefer to continue moving immediately with no extra charge (based on vehicle availability).

Can I request additional services—like a vehicle swap—if needed?

Yes. If you’ve experienced a breakdown that the roadside specialist can’t fix, we’ll dispatch a flatbed to tow you and swap you into a vehicle of equal or higher value from our rental fleet—same day, no extra charge.
