Renting an exotic vehicle with Energetic Exotics requires a few important qualifications to ensure a smooth, secure, and elevated guest experience. Below is a brief overview of what is generally needed before your reservation can be approved:
AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent from our premium fleet. For select exotic vehicles, guests must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record with no major moving violations or DUI history.
Guests who do not meet these requirements may be denied approval or have their reservation declined. If you are under 25, please contact Energetic Exotics at 888-717-5157 to discuss available options.
Please note that guests under 25 may be subject to an additional fee equal to 20% of the retail rental price.
VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
All guests are required to present a valid driver’s license. International guests with licenses not issued in the United States must also provide a valid International Driving Permit.
INSURANCE
Guests are required to provide proof of active personal auto insurance with coverage levels sufficient to protect the full value or MSRP of the rental vehicle. Required coverage limits are 100/300/100.
- Comprehensive and collision coverage must be active and in good standing for at least one week prior to the rental date. Coverage must be issued by a recognized insurance provider, such as USAA, GEICO, Safeco, Allstate, Nationwide, Travelers, American Family, or a comparable carrier. High-risk or non-standard insurance providers may not be accepted.
- Please note that Energetic Exotics does not offer supplemental insurance for certain vehicles. Premium credit card coverage, including American Express or Chase rental protection, may be used as secondary coverage but cannot replace a standard personal auto insurance policy.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit is required and may vary based on the vehicle’s value. The deposit can be placed as a hold on a valid credit card.
CREDIT CARD
A valid credit card in the renter’s name is required for all rental charges and the security deposit. Energetic Exotics does accept debit cards; however, debit card payments may require a higher security deposit.
DRIVING RECORD
Energetic Exotics may review each renter’s driving history as part of the approval process. Guests are expected to have a clean driving record with no major violations, suspensions, or serious traffic offenses.
RENTAL AGREEMENT
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement outlining the terms, conditions, responsibilities, and any restrictions related to vehicle use.
