We currently offer Skyline Elite transfers in Tampa, Orlando, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Sarasota, Naples, and select surrounding areas. If your airport isn’t listed, contact us—our team often arranges bespoke transfers beyond our standard service zones.

How do you track my flight, and what if my flight is delayed?

Once you provide your flight number, our dispatch monitors real-time FAA data. If your plane lands early or encounters a delay, your chauffeur is automatically notified and adjusts pickup timing accordingly—no extra charges, no stress.

What happens if my luggage is delayed or lost?

If baggage claim takes longer than expected, simply text or call your chauffeur. We’ll wait—courtesy of our free 60-minute post-landing grace period. Should your luggage be delayed by the airline, let us coordinate alternate arrangements to get you on the road comfortably.

Can I request stops or detours en route?

Absolutely. Whether you need a quick coffee stop, a pharmacy run, or a brief business meet-and-greet, just inform your chauffeur. Please note that additional stops may incur a nominal fee based on distance and time.

What vehicles are available, and how do I choose?

Executive Sedan: Perfect for single travelers or couples who value style and privacy (e.g., Mercedes-Benz S-Class, Cadillac CT6).
Luxury SUV: Ideal for families or small groups, offering comfort and ample cargo space (e.g., Mercedes-Benz GLS, Cadillac Escalade).
Executive Business Van: Seats 8–15 passengers—great for corporate teams, tour groups, or sports parties.
First Class Elevation: Our premium fleet—Rolls-Royce, Bentley, or high-end Vans—reserved for clients seeking peak exclusivity.

What is your cancellation policy?

Standard Transfers: Free cancellation with full refund up to 4 hours before scheduled pickup.
First Class Elevation: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before; cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% service fee.

For changes or rescheduling, contact us directly and we’ll accommodate whenever possible.

How do I pay, and are there any hidden fees?

Payment is processed securely online when you confirm your reservation. Our quotes include all taxes, tolls, and fees—no surprises. Should you add extra stops or extend your service on-the-fly, your chauffeur will notify you of any incremental charges before proceeding.

Do you offer meet & greet or baggage assistance?

Yes. Each chauffeur provides personalized meet & greet at baggage claim or curbside, assists with loading your luggage, and accompanies you to the vehicle—ensuring your transfer begins with the utmost care.

Can I book a one-way transfer or do you require round-trip service?

You may book either a one-way or round-trip transfer. Pricing is based on distance and vehicle class, so review your itinerary carefully before confirming.
