Exotic Rental Requirements
Renting an exotic car Energetic Exotics involves several specific requirements to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Here's a brief overview of what you generally need:
AGE REQUIREMENT
Our rental policy mandates that individuals must be at least 21 years old to rent vehicles from our premium fleet. However, for those interested in our exotic model selection, a minimum age of 25 years is required.
Renters must be at least 25 years old and possess a clean driving record without severe moving violations or DUI cases. Failure to meet these criteria may result in denial of your rental agreement or reservation. Please note, that there will be an additional fee of 20% based on the retail price of the rental for this age group.
VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
All renters are required to possess a valid driver's license. For international renters whose licenses are not issued in English, an International Driving Permit is necessary.
INSURANCE
Renters are required to present proof of personal auto insurance with recommended coverage levels of 100/300/100, sufficient to cover the (M.S.R.P) / value of the rental vehicle. Please be aware that we do not offer the option to purchase additional insurance.

You must have comprehensive collision insurance for your vehicle, active for at least one week, obtained from a well-known insurance provider (examples include USAA, GEICO, Safeco, Allstate, Nationwide, Travelers, American Family, etc.).

Insurance from providers considered high-risk (such as Vern Fonk or The General) is not accepted.

Although some insurers claim there are limits to their coverage, this is often not the case. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns.

Insurance coverage provided by premium credit cards (like American Express or Chase) can be used as additional coverage but cannot replace a standard auto insurance policy under any circumstances.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit is required, ranging from a few hundred to several thousand dollars, depending on the car's value. This can be held on a credit card.
CREDIT CARD
A valid credit card in the renter's name is needed for the security deposit and rental charges. Energetic Exotics does not accept debit cards.
DRIVING RECORD
Energetic Exotics will check your driving record. A clean driving record with no significant violations is often required.
RENTAL AGREEMNET
You must sign a rental agreement outlining the rental terms, conditions, and any restrictions on use.
