These Terms govern the use of Energetic Exotics' Transport Services, including auto transport, enclosed shipping, DIY hauling rentals, and logistics coordination ("Transport Services"). By booking or using Transport Services, you agree to the following terms.
Service Overview
Energetic Exotics provides:
- Open and enclosed vehicle transportation
- White-glove single-car enclosed service
- Expedited shipping
- DIY truck and trailer rentals
- Pickup/drop-off coordination
All transports are subject to vehicle condition reports, insurance requirements, and compliance verification.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests must:
- Provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses
- Confirm vehicle condition honestly
- Ensure the vehicle is prepared for transport (keys, clearance, drivable condition unless inoperable service is booked)
- Disclose modifications, including lowered suspension, wide bodies, or oversized tires
- Provide correct contact information for pickup and delivery points
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in delays or additional charges.
Transport Limitations
Energetic Exotics is not liable for:
- Consequential damages from delays (weather, traffic, breakdowns, port congestion)
- Personal belongings left inside the vehicle (not covered under carrier insurance)
- Incorrect address information provided by the customer
- Vehicles with undisclosed mechanical issues that prevent standard loading/unloading
Transport timing is estimated, not guaranteed, unless a Guaranteed Pickup Window upgrade is purchased.
Insurance & Damage
Carrier Insurance
All professional transports are covered by the carrier's cargo insurance policy. Coverage applies only to transit-related damage, not pre-existing or mechanical issues.
DIY Rentals
Guests using DIY trucks/trailers assume full responsibility for:
- Proper loading
- Tie-downs
- Vehicle condition
- Damages caused during self-transport
Payment & Billing
You authorize Energetic Exotics to:
- Charge payments for deposits, transport fees, tolls, storage, and additional charges
- Collect fees for failed pickup attempts due to customer error
- Apply cancellation fees based on service level
Full payment is required before vehicle release.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations must follow the policy provided at booking. Rescheduling may incur additional charges based on driver availability.
Last-minute changes (within 48 hours of pickup) may result in re-dispatch fees.
Storage Fees
If a vehicle cannot be picked up or delivered as scheduled due to customer unavailability, storage or re-delivery fees may apply.
Prohibited Use (DIY Transport)
Guests may NOT:
- Overload trailers
- Transport vehicles exceeding weight or clearance limits
- Use trailers for commercial hauling without approval
- Modify equipment or remove safety components
Violations void insurance and may result in damage fees.
Liability
Energetic Exotics is not responsible for:
- Acts of God (storms, hail, flooding, lightning, etc.)
- Delays beyond our control
- Inaccurate vehicle descriptions or missing disclosures
- Hidden damages resulting from prior mechanical issues
Governing Law
These Transport Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
