Here's how cancellation and rescheduling work across Energetic Exotics services.

Self-Drive Exotic Rentals

Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling follow the policy provided at the time of booking, and fees may apply based on timing. Review your booking terms before you confirm, and ask our team if anything is unclear.

Chauffeur Service

• More than 48 hours before: Full refund of any prepayment.
• Within 24 hours: 50% of the reserved hours is charged.
• No-show without notice: 100% of the reserved hours is billed.

Airport Transfers

• Standard transfers: Free cancellation with a full refund up to 4 hours before pickup.
• First Class Elevation: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before; within 24 hours, a 50% service fee applies.

Flight delays are handled automatically through flight tracking.

Yacht Charters

The balance is due 72 hours before the charter, and cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a fee. Weather decisions are made by the captain; see weather changes.

Exotic Driving Experiences

• More than 72 hours before: Fully refundable, minus a $100 processing fee.
• Within 72 hours: 50% cancellation fee.
• Within 24 hours or no-show: Non-refundable.

Security Services

• 14 or more days before: Full refund minus a $250 administrative fee.
• 7 to 13 days before: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days: No refund, but credit toward future services may apply for 12 months.
• Rescheduling: Free within 14 days of the original booking, subject to availability; after that, a $150 fee applies.
